Can Jogging Make U Feel Excited?

When we went to jogging on Tuesday, there were some small and funny incident happened.


Poyin started dancing when we warming up our body.


After jogging, Poyin used her both hands make as a snake's head and said "let walk like the snake."

She looked very excited on that day. Can jogging really make you feel excited?? I wonder.......

Dreams

Lately, I dreamed I was hitting or kicking someone but I could not remember who that person was. Is someone that I knew or just a person I created in my dream? I really not sure about it.

This happened when I was really stressed out, I released my stress in my dream by beating or scolding people, or jumping around like a mad person.

Just doing these all in my dreams can make me feel better, so why not?

This week was raining week.
I could not jogging in this whole week............
Hopefully next week will be sunny week.

Little Silver's Rear Seat

I have drove my car for 5 years.

Just recently, I found out that my car rear seat's back can put down, so that the car trunk can put more things.

Fever

Last Friday, I had a very high fever after I went back home after office hour. So, I just slept, slept and slept until the next morning.


Walked also felt dizzy.

These few days getting well.

Exercise

Yesterday, I went to do exercises with my colleagues at a park. I found out there were new exercise equipments at the park. I went to play with them, it was fun.

So, I'm plan to go there often. Too long did not execises, need to rebuild my healty body again.

My New Slipper

This was the new pair of slippers I bought from Mega Mall.
I liked the butterflies on the slipper.
