Christmas' 07

For Christmas 2007, we set up a Christmas tree and put presents under the tree for present exchange. And we had our Christmas dinner buffet in the same day after office hour.

For Christmas dinner, we had a buffet in Lemon Garden Cafe, Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur at 7pm. The cafe provides Japanese Cuisine, Chinese Cuisine, Malay Cuisine, Western Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Desserts etc.

Our seats - 21 persons

1st Round: Salad and Fried Chicken

2nd Round: Japanese Cuisine - Scallop, Abalone Slice Sashimi, Sushi and Prawn

3rd Round: Fusion - Vietnamese Spring Roll, Mexican Hard-Shell Taco, Meat Roll and Cheese

4th Round: Chinese Cuisine - Steam Tofu with Anchovies, Fried Dumplings, Fried Rice, Gong Po Squids, Fried Fish Cake with Salted Egg Yolk and Dim Sum.

5th Round: Desserts: Four types of Cheeses with biscuit, Milk Chocolate Ball, Dark Chocolate Ball, Fruit Puff, Strawberries and Grapes cover with Chocolate.

6th Round: Malay and Indian Cuisine - A Piece of Roti Canai, Chicken Satay, Beef Satay and Soup.

7th Round: Dessert - Black Sesame Ice-Cream with Chocolate Chips, Smarties, Smashed Peanut and Strawberries Topping.

8th Round: Japanese Cuisine - Tuna, Salmon and Abalone Sashimi.
